PAC Pioneer Arms Corporation

Most Polish personal firearms are produced in Radom. The city of 200.000 people is to be compared together with Oberndorf, Herstal, Uhersky Brod or Brescia. Initailly, Radom was known only for nationally owned Zaklady Mechaniczne Lucznik aka Circle11. This enity went bankrupt on 14th of November 2000 and on the remains of it, Fabryka Broni (FB) Lucznik was created. However, there is one more manufacturer that arose from this event. It`s name is Pioneer Arms Corp (PAC). In 2004 Pioneer Arms Poland moved in to the facilities of the former Circle 11 in the city center of Radom, Poland.

All manufacturing is completed in some of the buildings of the old Circle 11 Plant using some of the same Facilities, Equipment, and many of the Employees from past Operation.

Pioneer Arms purchased complete sets of the technical documentation of Kalashnikov firearms produced by the Circle 11 Radom Factory, including AK-47, AKM-47, AKMS-47, Tantal (AKM variant in 5.45×39 caliber), Beryl 5.56×45, PPS-43, PM63 and others, with rights to produce these weapons.

(PAC USA established January 2, 2001 & PAC Poland established October 18, 2002 by PAC USA)
